The Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) has issued an important notification regarding updates to several Harmonized System (HS) codes on the SABER electronic platform. These changes will take effect within 30 days from December 15, 2025, making the listed products subject to applicable technical regulations under the Technical Regulation for Building Materials – Part 1, which governs metals and alloys used in construction.
