Business Development Representative (Mandarin Language)

Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with manufacturers and brands seeking global market access.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in China

  • Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers, importers, and brands

  • Understand client needs and propose tailored testing, inspection, and certification solutions

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets

  • Attend industry trade shows and networking events

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client satisfaction

  • Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline reporting

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets

  • Experience in testing, inspection, certification, or supply chain services preferred

  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills

  • Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities

  • Fluent English

  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently

  • Willingness to travel (30-40%)
